In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings defined below:

• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account with u2wallet and is aged 18 or above.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total MYR (RM) balance held in your u2wallet account, excluding any bonus balance subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits granted by u2wallet that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into a cash balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a member must wager before the bonus balance becomes eligible for cash conversion and withdrawal.
• "Bet" refers to the total amount in MYR wagered by a member on any betting product or casino game at u2wallet.
• "Outcome" refers to the final outcome of a sporting match, virtual sports simulation, casino game round, or any event that forms the basis of a placed bet.
• "Related Documents" refers to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other notices or guidelines published by u2wallet from time to time.

Using the u2wallet platform in any capacity — whether registering a new account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing casino games, or simply browsing the platform — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all Related Documents.

This includes your full name as per your identification card, an active Malaysian mobile number and a valid email address. u2wallet reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including a copy of your Malaysian IC or passport and proof of current residential address.

Each individual is permitted to register only one account. Opening more than one account under the same person — even using a different name, phone number, or email address — is a serious breach of these terms. u2wallet employs IP detection, device fingerprinting, and behavioural pattern analysis to identify multiple account attempts, and will take appropriate action including closing all associated accounts and forfeiting any balances or winnings without prior notice.

All financial transactions on u2wallet are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). u2wallet does not accept or process foreign currencies. The payment methods accepted by u2wallet are as follows:

For withdrawals, u2wallet aims to process all requests within three minutes for all listed methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. u2wallet reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits or where suspicious activity is detected. Deposits and withdrawals must use an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name — u2wallet will not process transactions to or from third-party accounts.

U2wallet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including first deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, special e-sports offers, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. The general conditions that apply to all u2wallet bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus balance must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x depending on the type of bonus.
• Bets placed using bonus balance on certain games may not count, or may count at a reduced rate, towards wagering requirements. This includes certain low-odds football bet types and selected table games.
• U2wallet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, manipulation, or any attempt to exploit bonuses in an unauthorised manner.
• Bonuses are only valid within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.
• You may withdraw your original deposit at any time before the wagering requirements are met, but doing so will result in the cancellation of your bonus balance and any winnings generated from it.

• All bets are deemed valid and non-cancellable once confirmed by the member via the bet slip, except where an obvious technical error has occurred or the match in question is cancelled.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings. u2wallet accepts no responsibility for any odds changes that occur before a bet is confirmed by the member.
• If a match is not concluded within 48 hours of its scheduled date and time, all related bets will be voided and the full stake returned to the member's account balance.
• Postponed matches that are concluded within 48 hours will be settled based on the official final result recognised by the relevant sports governing body.
• For in-play betting, u2wallet reserves the right to temporarily suspend bet acceptance during a match for technical reasons or during critical match events. Bets that have already been confirmed will not be affected by such suspension.
• Where there is a manifest error in the odds (for example, odds that are clearly abnormal compared to the market) due to a technical issue, u2wallet reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the member.
• A parlay bet requires all selections to win in order to generate a payout. If any single match within a parlay is cancelled, the overall parlay odds will be recalculated excluding that cancelled selection.

• Exploiting technical errors on the platform, including incorrect odds, erroneous bonus balances, or any system bugs.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the u2wallet platform.
• Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your true identity or location.
• Initiating a chargeback through a payment provider after making a deposit.
• Engaging in fraud of any kind, including using another person's personal information during registration.

U2wallet employs automated monitoring systems and a human security team working around the clock to identify and investigate suspicious activity. Any account suspected of involvement in prohibited activities may be suspended for investigation without prior notice while the review is ongoing.

U2wallet reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age.
• Failed identity verification or refusal to provide requested KYC documents.
• Suspicious activity indicative of fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
• A request by a competent authority.
• No account activity for 12 consecutive months (inactive account).

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the u2wallet support team. For member-initiated closures, any cash balance (excluding bonus balances that have not yet met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the member once the relevant verification process has been completed.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, u2wallet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including unwithdrawn winnings, where the closure is related to fraud or a serious breach of the terms of use.

U2wallet's maximum total liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

U2wallet takes responsible gaming seriously. As a u2wallet member, you have access to the following self-management tools through your account settings:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set the maximum amount you can deposit within a specified period. This limit takes effect immediately upon being set; however, any increase to the limit only takes effect after 72 hours to give you time to reconsider.
